For purchases made on Bonherre, the Hepsijet shipping fee for orders under 3,000 TL is 129.99 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL and above.

For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

WHICH CARGO COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?

Your orders will be shipped with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS or MNG Kargo.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

The number of days an item will be shipped within is stated on the respective product page.

Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days after being shipped. During intense campaign periods or extraordinary situations, cargo companies may experience delivery delays.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Under the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal without stating a reason is valid within 14 days following the day you receive the product.

A great convenience to keep rakı cold. No worries like with an ehlikeyif, it doesn't take up space on the table. You take it out of the freezer and put it in your glass. Your rakı stays cold until the last sip. Moreover, it doesn't change the taste of rakı like melting ice does.

8 aesthetically pleasing cubes made of natural marble. Can also be stored in a special cloth pouch. For you to get the expected efficiency from the rakı stone, the rakı and water you put in the glass must be pre-chilled.

Please hand wash the unbleached cotton pouch when necessary.
