The legendary abundance of fish is the fundamental reason why a city like Istanbul exists in human history. During migration season, fish could be caught by the basketful, or even by hand. A fairy-tale history. The Fish Tale Carafe was created as a tribute to those old days. You can also purchase it as a set with the Fish Tale Glass, which has the same design.

The patterns on the carafes are applied to the glass surface using a firing method. They are permanent and can be washed in a dishwasher. They will retain their shine for at least two years with home use. If you wish to use them for a longer period, please prefer hand washing.

The 500-year-old raki culture continues to rejuvenate over time, incorporating different colors and dynamic energy. While new voices like Hayko Cepkin and Gaye Su Akyol are added alongside classic names like Hamiyet Yüceses and Müzeyyen Senar, new generation meyhanes (taverns) are also emerging alongside classic ones. Raki is no longer just a drink for middle-aged, fatherly men; it is transforming into a culture where people of all colors blend creativity, taste, zest for life, music, meze, and conversation. Raki white is now becoming a spectrum that embraces differences.

Anason İşleri was born with the aim of bringing this vibrant, re-energized raki culture together with the language of design. They aimed to create products that touch daily life, tables, and homes, moving beyond the office environment and the digital world. Adopting the principle of transforming crisis into design, they created anise-scented products. They have produced innovative designs across a wide range, from raki glasses to meze plates, tablecloths to t-shirts, wallpapers to accessories. Anason İşleri aims to transform raki culture into a universal form by collaborating with innovative designers.
