Our models are presented with high-quality chrome plating. They are combined with elegant and high-quality resin in classic metallic, black, or brown colors. An exclusive option is a handle plated with rose gold.

The brushes of the shaving sets are made with badger or Silvertip Fibre bristles and are offered as a complete set, combined with a shaving set stand. The shaving brush heads are interchangeable. You can purchase a spare brush head whenever you wish, to use your brush with a different bristle type or to renew it.

Mühle's closed comb razors are a staple tool in the cabinet of anyone who shaves traditionally. With an optimized center of gravity and size, they offer excellent balance and maneuverability. The ability to vary the shave with different sharpness blades allows it to perfectly adapt to its owner.

The classic razor consists of 3 parts and its head is interchangeable. This allows you to transform your closed comb razor into a more aggressive open comb razor simply by changing the head.

The high-quality synthetic fibers found here are our own invention and represent a world first. The material properties offer a synthetic-made premium quality, resembling the valuable natural fibers of badger hair. The majority of users say that this quality actually offers even better performance characteristics than natural bristles.

These features create a pleasant, soft feeling on the skin when applying lather, without sacrificing the desired firm stance during the lathering process (it has backbone). In daily use, the hand-processed fibers are less sensitive than natural bristles because they dry faster and are resistant to soaps and creams.
These completely vegan fibers last longer than natural bristles (all animal hair brushes). Because a small amount of shaving soap or cream produces a particularly creamy and thick lather, resulting in less product use.

- In traditional shaving, preparation is important. In preparation for shaving, the skin and beard should be softened, and this process should only be done with foam obtained from cream or soap.

- The skin should be softened by applying the whipped cream-like shaving foam with the help of a shaving brush. Moving the foam with the shaving brush on your face for about 1 minute is sufficient to soften and stimulate the beard.

- Open the head of your razor. Hold the blade by its short edge, place it inside the razor, and close it.

- If your razor is 3-piece, it will open by twisting its head; if it's 2-piece, it will open by twisting the mechanism on the handle.

- Then start shaving. Closed-comb razors only touch the skin at a 30-45 degree angle. They cannot directly contact the skin. Open-comb razors, however, can directly contact. These razors cut and shorten the beard, so you need to shave with the grain. It's important to shave according to the direction of beard growth.

- For the first pass, shave in the same direction as the beard growth. This direction is from top to bottom on the cheek, but may vary on the neck. Every man's beard growth direction is different and cannot be changed by the cutting direction.

- Do not press. Classic razors shave with their own weight. Gently hold the razor by its handle and do not press it against your skin. Let it glide with the foam and blade. For beginners in traditional shaving, our primary goal is to achieve a shave without irritation, not necessarily a clean one. As you get used to it (approximately 8-10 shaves), clean shaves will come naturally. Do not go over the same spot repeatedly.

- After the first pass, reapply foam to your face with a brush or your hand. For the second pass, shave in the same direction or diagonally for a closer shave (e.g., from ear to cheek, or cheek to ear).

- The skin perceives each blade contact as an impact. After shaving, it is important to soothe this impact. Aftershave products contain highly soothing ingredients. If you have problems like dryness, itching, or redness, use a balm. If you don't experience these discomforts, you can use a lotion for a lighter effect. Using both together is also common; you can apply lotion first, then balm.

- We recommend not shaving against the grain until you are fully accustomed to the razor. This can cause unwanted situations like irritation or ingrown hairs.

- Mühle classic razors have chrome-plated heads made of metal. Applying excessive force to metal parts will cause screw deformation, so please do not do this. Oiling the metal parts a few times a year with metal oil will add value to the life of your razor.

- After shaving, remove the blade from the razor, dry it, and store it in its paper. Mühle razors are made of stainless zamak alloy. However, we do not recommend the surface being exposed to a rusty blade for a long time.

- The average number of uses for leaf blades is 4-5, but this is directly related to the tool used, shaving frequency, blade brand, and skin type. Therefore, everyone's usage count is unique. Change the blade as soon as you feel it pulling rather than cutting your beard. Do not shave with a dull blade, as it will cause irritation.

- If your shaving brush is made of animal hair, you need to pre-soften it. Soaking it in lukewarm water (never boiling) for about 1 minute, deep enough to cover the roots of the brush, will soften the brush hairs and prepare them for loading. If your hair type is Fibre, you can wet it directly and start shaving.

- Shaving brushes must be rinsed very well after each use and left to air dry. With alkali buildup in brushes that are not rinsed well, shedding of hairs occurs after a while, and this is considered user error.

- Do not expose brush hairs to water that is too hot for your hand to touch. This will both damage the hairs and degrade the epoxy at the base of the brush.

- We recommend not applying excessive force to the handle of your brush when making circular motions.
