For purchases made on Bonherre, the Hepsijet shipping fee for orders under 3,000 TL is 129.99 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL and above.

For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

WHICH CARGO COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?

Your orders will be shipped with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS or MNG Kargo.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Under the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal without stating a reason is valid within 14 days following the day you receive the product.

Shaving Soap - Stella Alpina Beta 4.2 - 150 g

Stella Alpina is our second shaving soap developed with the Beta 4.2 Formulation. This new formulation significantly improves performance during shaving, while offering a superb post-shave effect. In particular, a balanced combination of Edelweiss Extract (Leontopodium Alpinum) and Hazelnut Oil (Corylus Avellana) has been carefully chosen to enhance the overall effectiveness of the soap.

The extract obtained from the Edelweiss plant, organically grown in the Swiss Alps, adds a unique feature to this shaving soap. This special extract, organically certified by ECOCERT, COSMOS, and NATRUE, protects your skin during shaving while also providing a natural feeling of freshness and vitality. Hazelnut oil, on the other hand, moisturizes, nourishes, and softens the skin, thus helping your skin to relax and rejuvenate after shaving.

Stella Alpina shaving soap has been carefully designed to offer maximum performance and a rich shaving experience with every use.

In 1945, Dante Bardelli began producing soap in Brebbia, on the shores of Lake Maggiore.

Saponificio Varesino, which continues the traditional Marseille method of solid soap making, now supplies essential cleaning products both under its own brands and for private customers.

In soap making, which requires experience, patience, and refinement, there is no place for electronic devices in skilled hands.

The "Stella Alpina" soap bar produced in 1948 expanded its product range in the 60s with Lavanda Soap and Velours Paris Soap.

In 2012, the SV Brand was born, offering gift sets made of 100% coconut/palm kernel-based soaps (Econat certified).

Soaps produced with the Traditional Processing method in a cauldron provide superior cleaning power while keeping the skin soft and elastic without irritation.

About Design

 

Stella Alpina is our second shaving soap based on the Beta 4.2 Formulation.

Similar to the previous model, the Cosmo shaving soap, Stella Alpina has a magnificent post-shave effect. We improved its overall performance during shaving by adding Edelweiss Extract* (Leontopodium Alpinum) and Hazelnut Oil (Corylus Avellana) along with a new balancing of the other ingredients.

*It is an extract from Edelweiss (Leontopodium alpinum Cass.), a Swiss Alpine plant organically grown for cosmetic application and organically certified by ECOCERT, COSMOS, and NATRUE.

The soap package comes in a container made of clear PET which is meant to be used as a "cartridge" inside our bowls (wooden bowls: mahogany or walnut), providing the ability to switch among various soap pucks. The soap puck without the PET container can also be used in our beautiful resin bowls: faux horn, faux tortoiseshell, faux ivory.)

Please note: The PET cup itself is not designed to be used as a bowl.

How to Use

 

The formula contains some active ingredients that need to dissolve and/or combine to provide maximum value. Here are some tips to get the best performance:

  • Cover the soap surface with a thin layer of hot water for a few minutes.
  • The amount of water needed may vary depending on your water hardness and the soap's moisture content; the correct amount is to cover the entire soap surface with water.
  • Wet your brush and shake off the excess water.
  • Then, start loading the soap by pouring the water you poured over the soap onto the knot of your brush.
  • Continue to lather for 20-30 seconds without adding extra water and apply to your face.
