For purchases made on Bonherre, the Hepsijet shipping fee for orders under 3,000 TL is 129.99 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL and above.

For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

WHICH CARGO COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?

Your orders will be shipped with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS or MNG Kargo.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?

Under the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal without stating a reason is valid within 14 days following the day you receive the product.

This Special Edition shaving soap, specifically designed for the Cosmoprof 2022 international fair, is enriched with Purple Corn (Morado) extract and features the characteristics of the 4.3 formulation. Additionally, combined with the effect of milk proteins, it offers an excellent experience. Our latest creation achieves an undisputed peak in terms of protection, smoothness, and lather quality.

The fragrance profile is characterized by woody and amber notes, offering an intriguing, full-bodied, and long-lasting masculine scent. Citrus notes of bergamot and mandarin introduce the fragrance in the top notes, enhancing the aromatic and spicy spirit of lavender, mint, and ginger. In the soft base notes, sandalwood, ambergris, and oakmoss are accompanied by the sweetness of vanilla and a hint of tobacco. This fragrance offers users a unique shaving experience while also providing an impressive olfactory journey.

In 1945, Dante Bardelli began producing soap in Brebbia, on the shores of Lake Maggiore.

Saponificio Varesino, which continues the traditional Marseille method of solid soap making, now supplies essential cleaning products both under its own brands and for private clients.

In soap making, which requires experience, patience, and refinement, there is no place for electronic tools in the hands of a master.

The "Stella Alpina" soap bar, produced in 1948, expanded its product range in the 60s with Lavanda Soap and Velours Paris Soap.

In 2012, the SV Brand was born, offering gift sets of soaps made from 100% coconut/palm kernel base (Econat certified).

Soaps produced using the Traditional Kettle Processing method provide superior cleaning power while keeping the skin soft and elastic without irritation.

How to Use

 

The formula contains several active ingredients that need to dissolve and/or combine to provide maximum value. Here are some recommendations to get maximum performance:

  • Cover the surface of the soap with a thin layer of hot water for a few minutes.
  • The amount of water needed may vary depending on your water hardness and the soap's moisture content; the correct amount is when the entire surface of the soap is covered with water.
  • Wet your brush and shake off excess water.  
  • Then, start loading the soap by pouring the water you've poured on the soap onto your brush's knot.  
  • Continue to build lather for 20-30 seconds without adding extra water and apply it to your face.
