For orders under 3,000 TL, a 129.99 TL shipping fee will be added to your order total and invoice.

For orders of 3,000 TL and above, no additional fee will be reflected in your order total or invoice.

Your orders will be shipped with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS or MNG Kargo.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Absolutely! You can return products purchased from Bonherre.com free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns cannot be processed after this period.

You can initiate the return process by contacting soru@bonherre.com or our Live Support Line, with your order number.

Products with an expired return period; without an invoice, used, no longer in resalable condition, or damaged will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be sent back to you with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once your return has been reviewed by the Bonherre order unit, the process will begin. If your return is approved, the product cost will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest. The subsequent process depends on your bank; we cannot interfere with your bank's processing times.

If payment was made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

We kindly ask you to note that our team is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to incomplete or unreachable contact information.

How to Use

 
  • How to Use: After showering, spray the perfume onto clean, dry skin, especially on pulse points (neck, inner wrists, and behind the ears), from a distance of 15-20 cm. Do not rub the fragrance into your skin; allow it to dry naturally. Apply the deodorant stick daily to clean, dry underarms.
  • Safety: Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse the area thoroughly with plenty of water. Do not apply directly to irritated, freshly shaved, or sensitive skin areas. The product is flammable; keep away from open flames, high heat sources, and do not use while smoking. Keep out of reach of children.
  • Storage: To maintain the integrity of the fragrance and the quality of the formula, store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap tightly closed.
