Why? Because each product's hexagonal profile, its contemporary and ergonomic design, combine traditional and utterly practical elements to provide a good grip and functionality. This is a design approach for which Mark Braun has already won numerous awards.

There could not be a more modern or earthy color selection than graphite, forest green, silver, and sunset. These subtle earth tones also offer a small reference to the Erzgebirge, the rugged land between Saxony and Bohemia, where the culture of shaving belongs…

The new HEXAGON series… For the new Hexagon series, Mühle collaborated with renowned Berlin designer Mark Braun. The result? Masterfully proportioned, top-tier shaving products – yet anything but classic. Why? Because the hexagonal profile of each product combines contemporary and ergonomic design with traditional and thoroughly practical elements to ensure a good grip and functionality.

Brand new yet still familiar: Even the matte finish of the handle grip is new, like a simple engraving (just like the Myriad Pro font). Of course, these products, like others, bear Mühle's hallmark: the razor features the same insert as the iconic R89. An additional detail covering the collection is a job Mühle excels at: chrome plating.

Silvertip Fibre^®

The high-quality synthetic fibers included in this set are our own invention and represent a world first. The material properties offer a synthetic, premium quality that resembles the valuable natural fibers of the badger. The majority of users say that this quality actually offers better performance characteristics than natural bristles.

These properties create a pleasant, soft feeling on the skin when applying lather, without compromising the desired firm stance during the lathering process (it has a backbone). In daily use, the hand-processed fibers dry faster and are less sensitive than natural bristles, as they are resistant to soaps and creams.
These entirely vegan fibers have a longer lifespan than natural bristles (all animal hair brushes) because they produce a creamy and thick lather from a small amount of shaving soap or cream, resulting in less product usage.
